Beautiful hotel. In need of renovation. We visited as part of the tour and the top floor hallway smelled like bathrooms. Once in the ground floor, the bathrooms also smelled gross. And throughout the two suites, even though they are marvelous and luxurious, there’s several displays with holes and tears, some have faded, some have gone missing, and overall are in need of repair…
It is worth every penny. I strongly recommend this hotel (home). We really felt that we are home. They brought flowers to my husband when they found out that he was not feeling well.❤️ Read more. Amazing experience, the best of my life!
My husband I stayed here for 2 nights in room 1206 We have looked and admired this hotel for many years as we always stayed at Mina A Salam & Al Qasr .. Our room was quite beautiful and we had a magnificent view of the Palm .. Sadly, the hotel now allows day trippers in to use the pool and most of these are influencers and frankly it becomes quite boring and frustrating having to endure these people .. I also felt the hotel was quite soulless .. I fear their 7* crown status is starting to wobble
Thank you to everyone at the burj al Arab and sky view bar last night 27th April who made my mum’s special birthday celebration so memorable. Especially the lovely Olessa (I hope that is spelt ok). Life is made of fond memories and they will last forever because of your kindness. thank you so much. You will always be in our thoughts. Also praise to Hassa on front of house who showed my mum such kindness and gave us a special tour. Thank you again.
